Meg grew up in Gramercy, Louisiana, where her Christian upbringing taught her the value of faith, family, and serving others. Early on, she discovered a love for working with children and families, which guided her educational and professional journey. In high school, Meg joined the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and in college, she was active in the Catholic Student Association, deepening her faith and connection with the Lord. Meg graduated from Mississippi State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Child Life.

Following graduation, she moved to Houston, Texas, where she worked for ten years as a Certified Child Life Specialist at Texas Children’s Hospital. During her time there, she had the privilege of walking alongside children and families through some of life’s most difficult moments, providing emotional support, therapeutic play, education, and compassionate care. Her years in pediatric healthcare strengthened her passion for advocating for children and supporting families during challenging seasons.

In August 2024, Meg moved to Starkville, Mississippi, to be with her fiancé, Carlos, and to pursue a Master of Science in Early Intervention, which she completed in May 2026. Through a series of connections and opportunities that only the Lord could have orchestrated, He opened the door for her to join Catch-A-Dream Foundation as the Family Relations and Outreach Coordinator. Meg feels incredibly blessed to combine her professional experience, faith, and love for children and families in serving the mission of Catch-A-Dream and the families they support.
Meg and her husband married in 2025 and live with their four dogs: Simba, Enzo, Sadie, and Angus. In her free time, she likes to read, exercise, travel, and spend time with her family, especially her two nieces, who mean the world to her.
