Suzanne Brown Golson came to the Catch-A-Dream Foundation selling printing and promotional products in 2011. After having lost her husband, Jeff Brown, to cancer in 2011, God showed her how to use her knowledge and experience of business ownership, management and sales with the personal experience of losing a spouse to a life-threatening disease as part of His plan for a new career. In the summer of 2013, while on her last visit to the CADF office as a salesperson, she learned of the need for a book-keeper at the new CADF national headquarters now located south of Starkville. Through this new career opportunity God showed her a purpose for the pain. “It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his passions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.” Lamentations 3:22-23
Suzanne and her husband, Tommy Golson, enjoy living off the beaten path in Cedar Bluff, MS. They love spending their free time outdoors with family and friends. Suzanne is passionate about running and finds that running road races is a great way to help raise awareness and funds for causes she cares about. Tommy enjoys all types of wild game hunting and fishing but especially enjoys hunting elk in “The High Country” as described in the poem by Mr. Bruce Brady.
Working at CADF provides Suzanne the opportunity to share the love of Christ and her love of the outdoors with all she comes in contact with.
