Posterity for the Catch-A-Dream Foundation is accomplished by a Board of Directors that ensures perpetual commitment to the program, prescribes modes of authority, and ensures long-term stability and existence of the program from an administrative oversight standpoint.

This Board consists of three components:

  • The first group is composed of 5 life members.
  • The second group is composed of 4 term members who serve on staggered, rotating 4-year terms.
  • The third group is composed of a variable number of associate members who serve on rotating 4-year terms.

Philip Barrett

Philip Barrett, now retired, was the vice president of Finance for Chick-fil-A, Inc.. An avid outdoorsman and shooter, Barrett is the chairman of the board of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes’ Outdoors Ministry, and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. He resides in Darby, Montana.

Reverend Bruce Brady, Jr.

Bruce is employed by the Mississippi Baptist Convention Board and has served as director of the Baptist Student Union (Collegiate Ministry) at Copiah – Lincoln Community College in Wesson, Mississippi for over twenty years. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Mississippi College in 1984 and his Master’s degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1987. Bruce and his wife Beth reside in Brookhaven, MS.

As Senior Vice President, Forest Sustainability for Resource Management Service, LLC, Jimmy oversees sustainable forestry policy and programs; advocacy on forestry issues; and environmental, wildlife, and recreation policy and programs for RMS-managed timberlands in the United States.  He also has responsibility for forest certification and audit programs for RMS-managed timberlands in the US and globally in Brazil, China, Australia, and New Zealand.

Cliff Covington is a retired Wildlife Specialist with the Mississippi State University Extension Service.  A 1988 graduate of Mississippi State University, Cliff holds both B.S. and M.S. degrees in Animal Science.  A native of Brookhaven, Mississippi, Cliff and his wife, Angela, make their home in Vicksburg, Mississippi.  In their spare time, they raise commercial beef cattle and grow hardwood timber on their family farm near Port Gibson, Mississippi.

Darrell is currently CEO of CMB Construction Company, a commercial construction company focused on providing concrete finishing, grading, utility and commercial building services in Raleigh, NC and the surrounding area. In 2009 Darrell founded Savvy Homes, one of the largest homebuilding companies in America. Prior to that he was executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Haas Outdoors, the global licensing and marketing company for all of the Mossy Oak branded enterprises.

Upon retirement from his chosen profession, Harry has remained very active with several non-profit organizations.  He also is a legislative consultant for clients that seek his input on legislative matters.  He spends a lot of his time at the 7,202 acre Togo Island  where he is co-manager of the day-to-day operations and is Treasurer for Togo Land Company, LLC.
